That time of year. Again. Dues please!

Each year, Limberlost Acres Community Association collects $30 from each household to help defray association expenses. Some of those expenses are:

• Plowing snow from our streets
• Mowing the pond property
• Paying property taxes on the pond property
• Maintaining entrance signs

Please make your check for $30 payable to “Limberlost Acres Community Association” and mail or deliver to Scott Naltner at 10221 Limberlost Trail or Cheryl Allen at 10207 Jamaica Drive.

To those who have already paid, THANK YOU!

Sorry to put this here, but I found no other way to contact the association. I live adjacent to your neighborhood, and often get trash smoke from your residents. Could you please, please (!) discourage your residents from burning trash? This smoke usually triggers my wife's asthma.
Trash burning has been illegal in Indiana since the 1960s, yet some of your residents have burn barrels.

Sorry I am so long in responding to this comment. If you think someone is burning trash or leaves illegally, please report it to the fire department. They will investigate and extinguish the blaze.

I wrote a check on 5/1/2012 for payment and it has not cleared the bank yet?

Anonymous, please call me at 489-5367 if your check still has not yet cleared.

The sign at the front of the addition that says dues are owed has been up for at least a couple of months. When do you collect the dues? It seems like we paid them within the last 6 months but we don't want to be delinquent if we owe them.
